I have decided to make tutu's for Halloween costumes this year.. Yes, I know what you are thinking.. it is August- not October. But I want a jumpstart. So, I bought some pastel tulle and made a play tutu but would be really cute as a flower. Then I bought Big sis and Lil' sis red and black tulle for U of U cheerleader costumes... They took me about 20 minutes a tutu to make and all I had to sew was the elastic. I think they have the right amount of poofiness, don't you?
